The Indonesian Furniture and Handicraft Industry Association (ASMINDO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia held the Indonesia Furniture & Design Expo (IFFINA) 2023 entitled \u201cThe New Sourcing Circle in Asia\u201d.<\/p>\n

The event was opened by President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo accompanied by ASMINDO Chairman Dedy Rochimat at the International Convention Expo (ICE) BSD City, Thursday (14\/9).<\/p>\n

In IFFINA 2023, Untar participated through the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD) which exhibited student works. One of them was Feby Permata\u2019s artwork.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe carry the concept of \u2018Local Pride\u2019 to encourage the domestic industry, as well as to showcase the work of students as the young generation of Indonesia,\u201d said Feby.<\/p>\n

Rector of\u00a0Untar Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., I.P.U., A.E.\u00a0who attended the event revealed that this activity is one form of Independent Learning Independent Campus activities. The hope is that the work produced by students can be realized and contribute to the progress of the domestic industry.<\/p>\n
